UPDATE 9/21/2009) Phillip Winston Miller, the17-year old driver of a car that crashed on Walnut Grove last week has been charged by police. Miller is charged with no having a driver's license, driver's license restrictions violations, Failure to maintain proper control, faulty equipment (related to tire wear).
One girl was killed and another is still in the hospital.

(Memphis 09/16/2009) News Channel 3 has learned the driver of a car involved in a deadly crash yesterday, should not have had so many people in his car.
